Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. . A charming three-bedroom cottage, nestled in the picturesque countryside just under 4 miles from the heart of Bala. This cosy retreat is perfect for families or a group of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The property is within close proximity to a touring caravan park which is open Easter to mid October. As you enter the cottage, you’ll find yourself in a warm and inviting space, there’s a living area with plush sofas, creating a snug atmosphere for gatherings or relaxation. The adjoining kitchen/dining area offers a table to seat all guests, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or planning the day’s adventures. There are three bedrooms, each designed to provide a peaceful night’s sleep. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed with en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom offers two cosy single beds. The third bedroom, a single room, provides a tranquil space for a fifth guest, whilst a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath, is ideal for a soak after a full day of exploring. One of the highlights of this cottage is its spacious garden area. Perfect for a morning coffee or a leisurely afternoon read, the garden also provides a spacious area for children to play.
