Take yourself off on a flight of fancy at Robin Cottage. Part of a stylish steading, accessibly located in rural Perthshire, this luxury two bedroom stone-built property comfortably sleeps up to four guests.

Delightful interiors combine with spectacular views across surrounding fields and forests, and there is a wealth of sporting, recreational and cultural opportunities on the estate and nearby, including grouse shooting, deer stalking, and salmon fishing.

• Modern, stylish kitchen and spacious living area downstairs
• Spectacular views over the Perthshire countryside
• Direct, ground floor access to outdoor patio

Welcome to Robin Cottage, where heritage and comfort are always in vogue.

Originally built in 1850, Kipney Steading’s beautiful stone buildings have now been sensitively restored and transformed into luxury, high-quality accommodation on the southern fringes of the Scottish Highlands.

With its prime location at the outer end of the steading, the views from Robin Cottage are simply unbeatable. Spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows bring light flooding into the apartment and there is direct, same-level access to the surrounding patio and gardens.

On the ground floor, the stylish kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and has a double oven, an induction hob and a table seating four. In the living area, there is a large sofa and complementary armchairs for relaxing and watching TV and, once again, amazing views of the pretty Perthshire countryside through the double-aspect windows. After a leisurely walk on the estate, you can leave your muddy boots in the boot room by the front door.

On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom also has a contemporary ‘slipper’ bath with its own unique Highland view! Each bedroom has a Superking sized bed, and one of the bedrooms can also be converted to a twin-bedded room with two single beds if preferred. Charming artworks, quirky mirrors and a striking tartan stair-runner bring further personality to this characterful apartment.

There is ample car parking adjacent to the property and, should you wish to spend vacation time with loved ones, the adjoining cottages and nearby Kipney farmhouse can all be booked together to accommodate larger families and groups of up to 22 guests. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties at Robin Cottage.

Equipment such as BBQs, garden furniture, cots, private chef, etc. are all available on request and there is electric car charger on-site. Regretfully, dogs are not allowed.
