In the heart of Paris in the historic Marais district, a beautiful 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms with a double bed in each), a large bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room. with a piano :) The apt is quiet and on the first floor with a view on a street with all the small shops, cafes, restaurants. Caroline’s lovely apartment is centrally located in the warm, vibrant and historic Marais district, about a 10 minute walk to the Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame. There are lots of interesting shops and cafes nearby, but the apartment was always quiet enough for sleeping comfortably. Check in was easy, and Caroline was a friendly and responsive host. Would highly recommend for small families or groups of friends looking for the perfect location from which to explore Paris on foot. We will definitely plan to book again for our next trip to Paris!

Great location

Caroline’s apartment is very centrally located. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the many local restaurants. Comfortable beds and a roomy living room. The kitchen is well equipped. Would stay here again!

Everything was wonderful - from arrival to departure. Communications with Caroline were clear. The apartment is in a great location. The beds are super-comfy and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great Place & Location!

We had an amazing 9 days at Caroline's apartment. The location is perfect. There are so many restaurants, shops and things to do within a 2 block radius. We were never bored. The apartment was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Caroline answered our questions quickly and was a great host. We will stay at her place again when we return to Paris!

Perfect Paris Apartment

We loved this apartment so much. It was perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. The location was on a quiet street VERY close to the Pomidou and the metro and bus stops. It also had cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores within walking distance. The rooms were warm and cozy and the shower worked great. We loved it all!

Quiet Oasis

The apartment worked well for us as there are 2 bedrooms, each with a large comfortable bed. Despite the fact that the apartment is on the second floor in a lively neighborhood, the apartment is quiet and the living room was comfortable for us the hang out after a tiring day. Another plus was the washing machine in the unit Would definitely recommend

Convenient to everything in the Marais

The common stairwell has seen better days , but first impressions aside, this apartment has charms that grow on you. Clean quarters, quiet safe surroundings, comfortable beds. The living room has a good view upon the café diners, strollers and shoppers of Rue Rambuteau yet is quiet at night. We could have used the kitchen to prepare some meals but dining opportunities were so convenient and reasonable we ate out at every meal. Great place to feel like a local resident for a brief spell.

Cozy, comfortable, well located.

In an old French building with atmosphere. Loved the creamy floors! Apt. Had everything we needed, beds comfortable, toilet separate from shower and sink area. Very quiet, no street noise. Hostess, Caroline, is so gracious and responsive. Easy and interesting walk to Metro station Hotel de Ville near Notre Dame. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Apt. Was perfect for my daughter-in-law and me. One queen size bed. One double. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, great location

Visiting Paris was my sister's wish for her 60th birthday. It was her first visit and we had a wonderful time. There were three of us and the apartment fit all our needs. Communication with the owner was always timely. The kitchen was a little small but we did not do much cooking. We made coffee every morning and went out to purchase bread or pastries and fruit. The neighborhood is wonderful. Easy access to the Metro and train station, lots of cafes and restaurants as well as groceries, produce shops, and wine stores. After a week of sightseeing, by the weekend we were happy to visit the Picasso Museum and do a little shopping, which was fun. Each evening, we enjoyed relaxing together in the living room and talking about our day. I feel it was a very good deal to stay in the Marais, be so close to all the places we wanted to visit by walking or using the Metro (which is a dream in Paris - you can get anywhere quickly), I would stay here again (in fact, would love to return to the apartment and the neighborhood with my husband).

Couldn’t pick a better place!

We just spent a week at Caroline’s place and it couldn’t have been a better set-up and location for our trip!! The location is amazing, absolutely everything is right outside your door steps, can’t say enough about how perfect the area is to be in. There’s dozens of cafes, shops, the metro, everything you could possibly need within a 5 minute walk outside. We could have spent a couple more days just exploring in that area. My husband and I were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and Caroline so kindly provided a pack-n-play for us so we didn’t have to bring one with, already prepared with a clean sheet, extra cushion and baby blanket. She even had a basket of toys available for our daughter to play with. We were able to put our daughter to bed in one of the bedrooms and hang out with our friend in the living room and our daughter couldn’t hear any noise. There’s a bathroom with a shower connected to one of the bedrooms, and a water closet for the toilet is separate next to the kitchen, which was perfect so no one had to go through our bedroom to use the toilet. Caroline was very easy to communicate with and she even let us check in early and check out late based on our flight times. We will absolutely stay here again next time we visit Paris!

The apartment was in a perfect location; short walks from Notre Dame and the Louvre. Close to the metro in a vibrant neighborhood with many shops/restaurants/bakeries/cafes.The apartment is big enough for 4 people and was well equipped. The only downside to the apartment (as it’s on the ground floor), it could get noisy if it gets real hot as there is no a/c.Caroline was a wonderful host and got us out of a jam when we left both keys in the apartment!

Ideal, quiet location

Located conveniently in a happening neighborhood full of delightful places to eat, drink, shop. Very quiet at night though. Faintly heard a siren one night (of nine nights).My cousin and I are both 72, and we could walk to Ile de l a Cite in less than 10 minutes. Since Chatelet and Les Halles Metro stations are that close, you can get anywhere easily.

My sister and I stayed here for a wonderful 8 night art focused vacation. We loved this apartment. The weather was beautiful so we could open the large living room windows and listen to the hustle and bustle on the sidewalks below. It was cosy and comfortable. The kitchen met our needs. The location could not have been better.

2024 Olympic Games

We wanted to immerse ourselves in Paris and the games. The location was perfect for this! We appreciated the neighborhood, ease of use of the Metro, and the apartment itself. Wonderful neighborhood in Le Marais!

We had a beautiful trip to Paris. So nice coming home to an apartment instead of a hotel. Nice size rooms, large windows, clean and convenient to metro, food establishments and stores. Location was the best! Even though there were eateries below our apartment it was not noisy.

Our Week in Paris

Wonderful location ,with so many local areas of interest ,access to public transport fantastic and wonderful shops and restaurants within 2 blocks,Everyone we meet was very friendly and helpful even though our French was very very basic and we always felt safe .Just looking out our front window was like looking at a Paris post card .

Our stay in this lovely, spacious apartment located above an interesting cafe and a parade of people felt like having Paris in our living room. And, when we closed the windows, no sounds could be heard. It was a wonderful stay in the perfect place, walkable to everywhere in Paris.
