About the property
No.41 Cowes is a newly renovated home from home with everything you will need to relax and entertain in luxurious surroundings. Spend days enjoying everything Cowes and the island has to offer, including fine dining at fantastic restaurants such as The Brasserie at Foresters Hall, taking a stroll down to the marina and beach or stopping off at Wine Therapy to sample the finest of wines. Back at the house, there is a beautiful living space and two roof top terraces with fantastic sea views to admire while socialising with your nearest and dearest.
The space
The property begins with a luxurious living space featuring classic interiors, bespoke artwork and luxurious soft furnishings. The lounge is complete with two Chesterfield sofas, a grand fireplace and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring this wonderful coastal town.
Meanwhile, the modern and fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious meals. You will have access to a gas hob, an electric cooker, a dishwasher, acoffee machine and a microwave. There is also an adjoining utility room with a washing machine, dryer and a separate WC.
The dining room comfortably seats eight guests and has access to the private garden which is a delightful suntrap in the summer months. There's a spacious patio with a small set of steps leading to the indoor sunroom where you can enjoy sipping drinks and socialising at any time of year.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the luxurious hallway bathroom.
A further set of steps leads to the second floor which features the master bedroom suite. The space is complete with a double en-suite bedroom, its own snug with a bar and direct access to the main roof top terrace which boast spectacular views over Cowes and the Solent.
Guest access
There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a late self-check-in.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
