Rural converted farmhouse with heated pool and tennis court near popular village
Set in the beautiful Dordogne countryside just outside a popular village, this converted farmhouse sits on a large site with five other houses, sharing a 14x7 metre heated pool and tennis court. The house has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large open plan living area downstairs with a fireplace and large dining table. It has two large patio areas that allow for sun or shade throughout the day, with dining and chilling out furniture.
The house is equipped with tennis rackets, BBQ, table tennis, volleyball net, badminton, boules, paella pan, sun loungers, a selection of bikes and bike rack, music system, games and books.
The village is a one kilometre walk from the house and here you can enjoy several bars and restaurants as well as having a boulangerie, pharmacy and a renowned grocery/everything store. Don't miss the frequent markets, live music events and the monthly brocant.
An amazing area for road cycling and walkers.
One hours drive from Bergerac airport and five and a half hours drive from Caen.
