The apartment is on the second floor of an historic building without elevator.

As soon as you will enter you will find the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities for cooking, including a microwave and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom with wardrobes and air conditioning on the same level, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. From the living room, you can access a spacious loft with a second queen-size bed (140cm by 190cm) and a half bathroom. Air conditioning is available in all rooms except the kitchen. Additionally, there is a small laundry room with access from the kitchen where you'll find the washing machine.
