This stunning and contemporary 3 bedroom villa is located in Pernera, and is walking distance to the beaches and amenities. The peaceful surroundings, the attractive garden, and the stylish décor and warm feel that this villa offers, make it the perfect option for a relaxing, carefree and enjoyable holiday with your family and friends.

As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofas, widescreen and Satellite TV; the dining area has seating for 6 people, and the modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances, dishes, utensils and home comforts that you need for an easy self-catering stay. This is all surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area.
There is also a WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed, and a balcony with seating area. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms are complete with fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and widescreen televisions.
The main family bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor.

One of the added attractions of this villa is the sizeable roof terrace that overlooks the beautiful sea views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding whilst watching the sunset.

Outside, the lovely and private garden offers a shaded dining area with seating for 6 people, barbecue, worktop and sink, ideal for those evenings of al fresco dining. There is also a shaded seating area with comfy sofas for when you want to have a break out of the hot Cyprus sun, sunloungers, and a private pool that has Roman steps leading into it.

This villa was absolutely perfect

2 weeks at this villa in June was utterly perfect, it is as beautiful as its pictures. We were a group of 5, 3 adults and 2 17 year olds and it worked for all of us. Beautiful pool and you can chase the sun all day long, plenty of shade too. Well equipped kitchen, good living space my son could watch the football and love island ! Beds comfortable, and showers have decent water pressure Lovely to eat outdoors and sit and have a drink on the comfortable sofa or chairs. My only criticism is that for a villa of this standard, the freestanding bbq was a bit of a let down, it's screaming for something a bit better (but that really is a first world problem) Guest relations quick to respond with any questions we had. Short walk to a little supermarket where you can get your basics, but I'd recommend a drive to metro or Lidl for a bigger shop. Bars and restaurants in walking distance some on a strip 5 minutes away, but it's nicer down by the sea, about 15 minute stroll Some fabulous beaches, konnos and fig tree were our favourites, get there early if you want beds and parasols , only €2.50 each!! All in all a perfect holiday in a fabulous villa and I would highly recommend!! Thank you

Unser Urlaub in Villa war rundum perfekt: Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und doch fußläufig zum Ort sowie zu den traumhaften Buchten. Pool und gepflegter Garten luden jederzeit zum Entspannen ein. Die Villa selbst ist top‑modern ausgestattet, alles funktionierte tadellos und war sauber. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kleine Einfahrt für den Mietwagen und die große Terrasse mit ausfahrbarer Markise. Wir haben uns völlig ungestört gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen
