Karen, Thank you for staying with me and for mentioning how clean the home was and that I was responsive throughout — I appreciate that. I do want to be honest: I am disappointed by the two-star rating. Every concern raised during your stay was addressed promptly — I sent our repair person out, he tested the TV and confirmed it was working, and he took care of the freezer handle on that same visit. Minor issues like these, handled the same day, shouldn't define a stay. On the home itself: my two houses are identical sister properties built side by side — same floor plan, same bed layout — and I explained the reason for the switch when we spoke. The only difference was small decor details, like the dining chair color. I replace and refresh furnishings regularly to maintain quality, so those details can vary — but a chair color doesn't change the home or the experience your family had in it. At no point you expressed your disappointment or any kind of concern with the stay. We talked and you sounded happy with the amenities. Thank you again for choosing my property and I wish your family well. One caution: I'd keep it exactly this firm and no firmer. Anything sharper (the remote, for instance) would give future readers a reason to side with her — this version makes your case and lets the 2 stars look disproportionate on their own.
