There are two bedrooms (one has an en-suite shower room) and a super-king size bed, the second having 2 single beds with a family bathroom opposite.



This apartment is thoughtfully curated and is in the best location for a stylish weekend away in Broadstairs.



The Space:

There is also a generous lounge with views across the beach and a separate kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has a dishwasher too.



This property is located in a great place for you on your holiday. It has been furnished to make sure you feel like you are comfortable and have all the facilities you would expect in your own home.



There is a designated off-street parking space which is hard to find in Broadstairs, located just next to the building.



Broadstairs itself has so much to offer with blue flag beaches, eateries, cafe's, nightlife and plenty of ice cream!



The building itself has lift access too so getting up to the apartment with your bags is super easy!

There are front steps at the front of the building but there is also ramp access from the car park.

Please note, as shown there are some steps down into the main bedroom.



Please note:

From mid-September, external maintenance works will be taking place on the building for approximately six weeks. Scaffolding will be in place during this period, and there may be occasional times when the views are partially obscured. We expect any disruption to be minimal, and every effort will be made to ensure guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay throughout the works.

Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.

Guest Access:

Check-in details:

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.



The Neighborhood:

Central location with shops and restaurants nearby.



Getting Around:

The property is about a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop and about a 10 min walk to the station.

Interaction with Guests:

We will be available throughout your stay to answer any queries, please message us on Airbnb. Once you are checked in you will be provided with our out of hours phone line in case you need anything.



Checkout:

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
