A great location for easy access to the bars and restaurants on Albert Road, one of Southsea`s most vibrant areas full of independent bars, cafes, pubs and music venues. This house is also only a short walk to the seafront and is close to transport links for Gunwharf Quays, Old Portsmouth and the Historic Dockyard. Please message if you require a parking permit.

Entering this family home you have a cosy living room with seating for four. This leads through to the dining room with a full size dining room table, and also has access to the garden. Next is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay, following on from this is the spacious bathroom which has a shower over bath, and finally a peaceful conservatory with views of the sunny south facing garden. Upstairs you have two large double bedrooms with storage and a large mirror.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

No parties or large groups allowed.
