This property was just as described and was perfect for the reason for our travel. The host was a great communicator even weeks before our arrival keeping us informed of local issues concerning fire restrictions before our scheduled stay. There was only one issue with the property that the host contacted us about prior to our arrival and the host made it right for us. The host is an excellent communicator and easy to work with. Give this property a look because it's worthy of being considered and the owner is more than reasonable and accommodating. Super friendly and caring. Easy check in and check out process in a quiet, beautiful location.

Great house for a big group!Fully stocked kitchen everything you need to cook. Large kitchen table to enjoy family meals. Sauna and hot tub perfect for relaxing and recovering from skiing. Big backyard. Fully fenced your dogs will love it ;)Nice quiet

Great house

Great place for 2 familys, kids and dogs to stay. Plenty of room and the hot tub was great after a day of skiing.

Great place for friends

A quiet neighborhood with nearby trails, great hot tub and decks. The weather got chilly at night, even in August so we loved all the outdoor space!

Great Time

This is my second stay at this house and it didn't disappoint. Great place and Cynthia is wonderful and accommodating. Next time I am in Pagosa, I will stay there again.

Very nice pet friendly mountain home with fun amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Pagosa Springs. It was nice and quiet & the kids really enjoyed the amenities that were offered (ie hot tub, sauna, foosball table). We appreciate that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog. Would consider renting again in the future!

Family trip

Very nice place, great location, well appointed, perfect for our needs. The large kitchen and dining area were a gathering place for us almost every evening. Can't wait to return next year!

Nice neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the Sauna. The neighborhood is so peaceful with beautiful scenery. The house is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.
