About this property

Large Family Friendly home in quiet forested neighborhood with sauna & hot tub.

Large comfortable home in quiet wooded neighborhood has plenty of room for family gatherings. Large great room has leather furniture, wood burning stove and TV with DirectTV and Blueray DVD. Dining table seats 8 with additional 4 seats at the adjoining kitchen bar. Kitchen has gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. WiFi available throughout the home.

First floor has 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds. One bedroom has a Sleep number C2 mattress with dual adjustments for soft/firm settings to your individual liking. The first floor bathroom has double sinks and shower. Access to the bathroom from both the common area and one of the bedrooms. Kitchen, living/great room, sauna room and deck are all on the first floor. Washer and Dryer are in first floor bathroom.

Upstairs has Master bedroom with King bed, spacious seating area and small private balcony. 4th bedroom over garage has a Queen bed and Full sized IKEA sectional sleeper as well as foosball and smart TV. Upstairs bathroom has double sinks and shower/tub. The upstairs bathroom is also accessible from both the master bedroom and the common area for easier sharing.

We have a 7 person hot tub in the backyard just outside the sauna room. Enjoy soaking in the tub under the stars. (Must be out of the Hot Tub by 10 PM per HOA Quiet Hours)

Outside of the living room is a large deck with table, 6 chairs and plenty of built in seating. An additional stone patio has a large 22" Weber grill and 6 lounge chairs.

Our home is close to the Turkey Creek Wilderness Area and within a mile of gate 5 and 8, so hiking and mountain biking are easily accessible. Pagosa Lakes for fishing and kayaking are only 5 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping are quickly accessible from North Pagosa Blvd. The Village of Pagosa and Pagosa Hot Springs and Spa are 10 minutes away. Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 45 minutes away. Navajo Lake is just 45 minutes away.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Wash any kitchenware that doesn’t fit in the dishwasher. Dry & return to cabinets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum 3 night stay. Neighborhood Quiet Hours after 10 pm - must be quiet or inside the house and out of the hot tub by 10 pm
No parking on the street - use driveway or garage which has plenty of parking
Please use bear proof garbage bins and put out only on Thursday night or Friday morning

1st was price !! 2nd the combination of a Hot tub and sauna so relaxing after a day on skiing wolf creek! Plenty of room to enjoy! The kitchen was great for preparing meals along with plenty of seating for all. Bet of all simple instructions on how to leave the home when we he led out!! Would recommend and rent this home again!! I being an inkeeper my self ( The Tuscan Manor ) Eureka Sorings AR can appreciate all of it!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Pagosa Springs. It was nice and quiet & the kids really enjoyed the amenities that were offered (ie hot tub, sauna, foosball table). We appreciate that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog. Would consider renting again in the future!

It's the perfect getaway cabin that has its own sauna and hot tub for soaking. We planned ahead and brought our food and stayed in the cabin almost the entire time. Property owner/manager was super responsive when we needed them.

Our family loves Pagosa Springs - especially Wolf Creek Ski Area - it gets the most snow in Colorado. As a family of 4 Boarders, we love the powder at Wolf Creek. We've been coming to Pagosa for years. Now that we have a vacation home, we've learned how wonderful the other seasons are. We love to hike and mountain bike in the area. Its so relaxing to hang and enjoy the quiet. We've recently started Kayaking and hope to run the San Juan through town.

Why they chose this property

Loved the space available in this house with a fenced back yard for Della our standard poodle. We're within a mile of Gate 5 Turkey Springs area for biking and hiking. The Sauna was an added bonus

The bathrooms are accessible from both the common hallways and the master bedrooms. You basically get 2 master bedrooms. Yet the bathrooms are still accessible to guests without going through the private bedrooms.
