Unless you’re a night crawler, take a pass.

Beautiful, clean apartment with great amenities. Unfortunately, this is a busy, busy street with people hanging out in large crowds and smoking and yelling until 5 or 6 am most days. There was an incident where there was fighting overnight. The police came. There was broken furniture and blood all over the sidewalk and street. I know it’s not the fault of the apartment owners/managers, but it makes the apartment pretty untenable. I will say that when I contacted the managers they said they would speak to the bar. The next night they were open, they cleared out by 6, but because they close at 5 this is too big of a window for loitering. There are also Tapas Tours that stand directly under the windows of the apartment smoking and yelling. About 3 per day. When I walked the man giving a tour in English to scoot down the sidewalk please, he said he didn’t speak English and then proceeded in English. I had to really yell to get them to move 15 ft down the sidewalk. A real shame.
