Private neighborhood home in Payson - gorgeous getaway with in town convenience!

Come relax in our home in the town of Payson! On a quiet street, we are surrounded by boulders and tall pines, however our home is just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Use our home as a springboard to all the wonderful activities in Rim Country then come home to a private backyard, fully fenced for your furry friends!

There are so many events and activities in Rim County! See the Tonto Natural Bridge, or head up to Christopher Creek for an afternoon of fun and play. Hiking, fishing, mountain biking, antique shopping and of course rodeo!

Our home is a great place to get away to cooler places in summer, serene places in winter, and to see the changing seasons of spring and fall. The cottage is cozy and comfortable with bedrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. It is a great location for a base camp with easy access to surrounding towns of Pine, Strawberry, Whispering Pines, Star Valley.

The property was very pretty - great for soaking in the outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked, it was very easy to communicate with the host, and the location was very convenient to trails and town.

Ideal getaway in the pines!

We love spending a few days in this well stocked 2 bedroom in the pines every year. It's always clean and well kept and yet close to Safeway for those few things you forgot. It's got a doggie door and our pets love it as well!

We were in Payson to close on a house we bought. We had stayed before and loved it, so we chose to stay here for this two day trip. We again had a great experience, excellent communication, and comfortable surroundings. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful and peaceful

We had such a great stay at this beautiful property. It’s perfectly convenient to both town and hiking trails, very clean and well-equipped. The boulders in the landscape are such a cool feature! We would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Peaceful - relaxing - simply amazing!

This is the coziest warm & inviting VRBO we’ve had. It was extremely clean & Gabriel even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. We LOVED this home & plan on using it for future get always. Absolutely perfect for our Payson trip!

Nice little house in Payson. Very clean & had everything I needed. Enjoyed the enclosed backyard. Saw a giant elk casually walking down the road right in front of the house on the morning I left. Nice bonus!

Payson VRBO home

We did a quick getaway from Phoenix to beat the heat. Two bed/two bath house was pefect size, super clean, close to stores and restaurants. Stiking distance from area natural attractions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood . As the pictures suggest, the house is surrounded by boulders and towering pines, making the backyard 100% private. A few elk roamed the neighnorhood , which was fun. 100% fenced in back yard and front porch was great for our dogs. The neighborhood was easy and quiet to walk the dogs. Also pretty close to a very large park with large ponds, if kids want to fish. Owner is very resposive and welcoming.

This is a quiet secluded place but near everything in town. It is great if you have a pet and want to sit in the backyard or front porch. The host goes above and beyond in communication and being helpful.

Relaxing and Comfortable

We loved our stay at this little cottage surrounded by boulders. It had everything we needed to entertain local friends, our doggos loved the doggy door and we loved the totally fenced, private back yard. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had a well stocked kitchen and a grill. We already booked it again for next year!

In town with country feel

Great place in town but a country feel with boulders, pines, and an Elk visit in the morning. Back yard is totally fenced with doggie door leading to it. Front porch is totally covered with comfortable furniture and is also dog secure. Quick replies. If cost is a factor, be aware this rental requires an additional 59 damage insurance fee or a large deposit.Tips: Take mosquito repellent, a bathtub drain stopper if you want to take a bath, toiletries, sugar for complimentary coffee, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and ziplocks if you’re one who uses those.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY & AMAZING COMMUNICATION

I stayed at this property with my cousin and 95 year "young" mother. The property was perfect for us to get around and the cleanliness was unsurmountable! Communication leading up to and during our stay was fantastic! I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Payson area! I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this property again!

Serene home in the rocks

The house was super cute and just the right size for our family. Loved the amenities provided for us. Quick access to town, shopping and eateries. Quiet neighborhood. The only problem was the internet didn’t work the whole time we were there, not sure if the rain had something to do with it.
