Direct access to the beach, for sunbathing, bathing or practicing sea sports. -1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed en suite (bathtub) with private covered terrace of 8 m2 with direct views of the sea. 1 double bedroom (2 single beds of 90 cm) next to a bathroom (shower). -2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed en suite (shower) with open solarium-type terrace of 17 m2, hammocks, hose to cool off. This terrace has a lot of privacy, and the sea views are spectacular.
The living-dining room on the ground floor and the 2 bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning and heating through ceiling ducts. The en-suite bedroom on the upper floor has air conditioning and heating through a split system, and its temperature is regulated with a remote control. The entire air conditioning and heating system of the house is regularly checked by a professional technician, and works perfectly. In addition, the house has blankets for the winter.
