The Family Stone House Dolomites Cortina

The second-floor apartment is comfortable and furnished in an elegant rustic style, offering a warm embrace in winter and a cool breeze in summer. The original stone walls blend seamlessly with the local wood panelling. The house is recommended for 8 people. A free baby cot and a high chair are provided. Bicycles and scooters are not allowed inside the building. It is also prohibited to park them in common areas (stairs, garage, driveway, landing). Guests will have full use of a 110-square-meter apartment with a small outdoor balcony. The home is perfect for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Quiet hours are required at night.

Guest access
The apartment features an entrance to the property where you can easily unload your luggage. Please use the entrance only for the time strictly necessary for loading and unloading. The second-floor apartment features a very spacious living area with a sitting room, living room, and kitchen totaling over 40 square metres. The property also includes 2 large bedrooms, a state-of-the-art bathroom, and a hallway.

The Hosts
We are a family of five. We live in Rimini and love both the sea and the mountains. Our home in Cadore is available to guests just as it is to us. We would like it to be enjoyed appropriately and treated with care, as if it were your own home. It’s very cosy, and it has everything you need to enjoy a stay in a magical place like Cadore.

In the summer, the entire surrounding area offers hiking trails of varying difficulty levels: Cortina, Misurina, Dobbiaco, Lavaredo, Braies, Passo Giau, and Auronzo. Winter. San Vito di Cadore is the closest ski resort and is just a 10-minute drive away. San Vito is ideal for families and children. In fact, it has a ski club for the little ones. Our children started skiing right there when they were three years old. The ski school has a special agreement with us. If you’d like to take advantage of this agreement, just let us know and we’ll provide you with the contact information for the ski instructor. Cortina offers dozens of kilometres of slopes and is about a 20-minute drive away.
