BROOK FARM, pet friendly, character holiday cottage in Halesworth
Amenities: Oil heating with two wood-burning stoves. Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. 2.3 acres of ground and orchards, patio with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1.4 miles. Note: There is a pond on site, please supervise children and pets. Note: 2 Well behaved dogs welcome, charged at £25 per dog. Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 2 dogs. Note: Due to the age of the property some floors are uneven, some door ways are low and stairs are a spiral staircase which is steep with no handrail. Note: The property is located next to a working farm with outbuildings that guests cannot access. Note: The bedding and pillows are feather with no alternative available. If you wish for 2 extra guests (maximum capacity of 10), please enquire as there is a fee of £50 per person per night.

The Halesworth Town Trail offers a walk through the town whilst learning about its history, whilst within easy reach is the gentle, undulating surrounding countryside, which is ideal for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers. The beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coastline features unspoilt heathlands and the RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve, whilst the internationally renowned Snape Maltings Concert Hall, and the delightful coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh are all within a short drive. With the cities of Ipswich and Norwich both within touring distance, Halesworth is an ideal location from which to discover Suffolk.
