Amazing apartment in the heart of Naples

We had an amazing stay, the appartment is located b/n two of the most happening streets (1 min walk) - lots of shops, restaurants, cafés and walking distance to Napoli Centrale. Alfredo and his family were lovely and welcoming. The appartment was super clean, it had everything needed, comfortable beds, coffee. We fell in love with Naples, when we come back we would for sure stay at Alfredo’s place again.

Horrible

Absolutely horrible and disorganized. I had been speaking with the host the day prior, and when we were on our way our driver was speaking with the host and he did not have any clue who we were. He was able to find out the host overbooked and we were going to be accommodated elsewhere. The host wanted to accommodate the 3 of us in a 1 bed place, when I booked a two bedroom apartment. I then was accommodated in someplace very different than what I paid for. It was a guesthouse versus an apartment. Absolutely do not book this place you never know what you will end up staying in.
