Beautiful detached Visit England 5* Gold and REYTA Remarkable East Yorkshire Tourism Awards finalist 2019. A holiday cottage in the village of Huggate the highest village in the Yorkshire Wolds. Surrounded by stunning David Hockney countryside, on the renowned Wolds Way National Trail but only a short drive to the historic city of York, Beverley and the stunning Yorkshire Coastline.
Open the door into this stunning cottage with open beams and traditional latch doors. Offering a large quarry stone floored extremely well equipped kitchen diner with cooking range, Belfast sink,dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee maker, country styled table and 6 chairs.
Two lounges, one with log burning stove, large comfortable sofas and chairs, Smart TV and DVD in both lounges.
Utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer second dishwasher and microwave.
Large conservatory with sofas and chairs overlooking the gardens, double doors lead out onto the dining patio with dining table and chairs, BBQ and fire pit for cooler evenings.
Two double bedrooms both with zipped link beds offering either super king size for twins with dressing tables in both bedrooms.
Third twin bedroom.
All bedrooms offer ample storage space, bedside cabinets, blackout blinds, hairdryers and shaver adaptors.
Two family bathrooms, both with walk in showers, one with roll top claw footed bath. All Egyptian cotton bedding and towels are Scottish Fine Soap toiletries in both bathrooms.
Substantial outside areas, with raised flower beds and lawn area with sunbeds, courtyard with outdoor storage sheds for bikes, golf clubs etc. All enclosed and safe for both children and dogs.
Only 100m from lovely dog friendly village pub and tea rooms.
