Appartement original de 36m2, super bien desservi dans le quartier très vivant de Montmartre/Sacré Coeur (à 2mn des lignes de métro 4 et 12). Proche ARENA PORTE DE LA CHAPELLE, métro direct PARC URBAIN LA CONCORDE, HOTEL DE VILLE, INVALIDES, ARENA PARIS SUD/PARC DES EXPOSITIONS. Très pratique, avec accès direct au studio par une petite rue bien ‘hype’.
2 double-lits, à l’intérieur d’un alcôve et sur une mezzanine basse au-dessus. L’espace-nuit est donc visuellement bien séparé de l’espace-jour. 1 lit pliant en option. Cuisine spacieuse. SdB avec baignoire. C’est un appartement sympa à l’équipement très simple mais bien fonctionnel.
