Nice 2-bedroom apartment that fit our family well. Great location and all the basics we needed. The key needed to be picked up at a convenience store 10 minutes away, which was a little unusual, but the instructions for that were clear. Would stay here again!

Nice Stay in a Convenient Location
We had a nice stay here with our two young adult children. Close to the Guiness Factory Tour and walkable to Temple Bar. A very good value overall.
Visiting with our 2 college daughters. Great location! We walked everywhere. Only thing I would say, need shelf in shower and was hard to find, off St Luke’s.

Excellent location. Good beds. Be aware that check out is at 9am which is earlier than most places.
Very comfortable and functional apartment, walking distance to so many things to see.Pick up and drop off the key several (5?) blocks away. I wish there was a lockbox, but the instructions are good.Nice big bathroom with big shower! There is street noise, but we slept well despite that.
Stay far away from this host. We had an awful experience with them. First, they gave us the wrong address to the rental. Our driver picked us up from the airport and drove us to the address they gave us but we couldn't find the spot. We msged the host and asked if they could call us to help us find the place. They refused and instead kept sending us youtube videos that were not helpful. Our driver eventually had to leave us on the side of the street with 8 bags and we had to walk around the city trying to find the building in the cold. Once we finally found the place it was freezing cold inside because they didn't have the heat turned on prior to our arrival. At night the humidity is so bad we all woke up soaked each night. At first we just thought this was weird. But we ended up finding mold all over the walls and sent them photos. They did nothing. Next they had automatic lights in the closet and hallway that are motion sensors that can't be turned off. The one in the closet bedroom turns on even when the doors are closed. It kept us up all night. We let the host know about these issues and asked to talk with the owner before decided what to do. Instead they sent an electrician without our approval who had a key and just walked in unannounced! My family had to scramble to throw clothes on. We had to leave and book a hotel to ensure the safety of my family due to the mold we found. We still haven't heard from the owner.

Plumbing problem with shower. Response was not to put anything down the toilet because it was separate plumbing than the rest of the building. We had two days left to our stay. They wouldn't call an emergency plumber and said one would arrive on Monday-the day we checked out. No effort to either put us up in a nearby hotel or to compensate for having to deal with the issues. We used the toilet anyway because the entire thing was insane and dragged out over an entire day. I would never stay at a vrbo run by some property management group.VRBO has certainly moved away from person to person rentals to this terrible model.

The property is lovely with a great location, no issues. The checking process was terrible, the provided address leads to a dead end with uber and Google Maps when coming from the airport so it too forever to find the entrance. Support was abysmal and just repeated previous directions and would not call us to discuss this was at 9pm and we incurred extra costs for the uber to wait for us.The key pickup is inconvenient and not within walking distance of the vrbo which we were not aware of but were lucky to not unload our bags at key pickup location. Still an extra hassle abd expense for pickup and drop off of key.The internet worked temporarily but stopped working and response was slow to resolve, two days no internet and extra expense incurred to buy data.Upon checkout I was looking for a token refund just something to acknowledge our inconvenience but was met with a not our problem attitude.Would not stay here again due to poor service.

This was the worst check in and check out process I’ve ever had. You have to go to a kind of icky convenience store about 20 minutes away to pick up the key and then take it back. I had to wait there over an hour before the code to get the key worked. They don’t communicate via VRBO but their own website so you’re having to use their site. The smaller bedroom looked to have mold in the windowsill and the window blind. I got hassled about using the linens for the futon in the living room even though it was advertised for sleeping 5. I got told there would be an extra charge and then no there wouldn’t be. There wasn’t enough cutlery in the kitchen or even an oven mitt. I wouldn’t use this company ever again. The apartment was in a good location though.

BEWARE-An absolute nightmare picking up and dropping off keys at the "nest locations".The management company is horrible at communicating in a timely fashion. I asked repeatedly before arriving. It took us almost 3 hours from the time our flight arrived to get all of the information necessary to get into the apartment. We were VERY lucky our uber driver was patient and helpful in helping us locate the nest store and then he waited until they finally gave me the "code" to get the keys. Unbelievable! Returning the key was not any more fun.Not disclosed-there are stairs up to the apartment. Of course not to much of a problem if you are not handicapped in any way, but it was an issue for us.When I messaged them, they would not address the issue. The phone number they post is not a working number. I had to call VRBO customer service to get any assistance and even they were not able to get through to the owner/management company. It is also in a weird location. Most of the time the uber/taxi went to the wrong location to pick us up. There is nothing Enchanting about being in a foreign country and paying people out of your nose to help you find/get into your VRBO.
Everything is new and clean and modern. Good location to everything in the core of downtown Dublin within walking distance.
