𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲:

This cottage sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms, including an upstairs bedroom with twin beds, and a ground floor bedroom with flexible super-king or twin beds. There’s a single family bathroom, plus an open-plan living and dining area designed for relaxed time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware, making it easy to settle in whether you’re cooking properly or keeping things simple. Inside you’ll also find a Smart TV, fast and reliable WiFi, a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with fresh bed linen and towels provided for every guest.

𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:

You’ll have full private use of the cottage and the enclosed courtyard area throughout your stay. Parking is available on-site, and the cottage is located in a gated area, for added security.

Check in from 3PM and check out by 10AM.

You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱:

Set just outside Cirencester, this cottage offers easy access to one of the most historic and characterful market towns in the Cotswolds. Cirencester’s town centre blends everyday convenience with a strong sense of place, from independent shops and cafés to traditional pubs and regular local markets, giving you plenty of options whether you’re browsing, eating or simply taking things at your own pace.

South Cerney is also only a few minutes away and is one of the area’s most established villages. Think traditional stone cottages, small, friendly shops, welcoming pubs and relaxed cafés. Tree-lined lanes and village greens make it an easy place to wander, with countryside walks close by when you want to stretch your legs.

Kemble Station is approximately 15 minutes away, with direct trains into London, making this cottage a practical choice for quick weekend visits, wedding stays, corporate retreats and longer breaks exploring the wider Cotswolds.

𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:

We recommend travelling by car to get the most out of the area. That being said, Kemble Train Station is approximately 15 minutes away with direct trains to London. Definitely book local taxis in advance for any specific travel plans. The local bus service is very reliable, and the 51 route links Cirencester, Swindon and nearby villages.

𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:

The house is dog-friendly. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog). A travel cot and high chair are provided and kept at the property. Decoration services can also be arranged for special occasions.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀:

Everybody finds peace in a different way, and that’s how it should be. From the moment you book, you decide the pace, and we’ll be there to help you plan and create moments that really matter. It’s that little extra layer of support we offer to make sure everything runs smoothly. Thoughtful service that never gets in the way of a good moment.

Whether that means a slow morning with a fresh pot of tea, or a day out exploring neighbourhoods and nature - we’ll guide you, so it all unfolds just the way you’ve pictured it.

Great place!

Very clean, comfy beds, relaxing living room! Parking is very close. Bathroom is huge and excellent quality towels. My only wish is that there were more pots/pans for cooking. Otherwise, we loved this place!

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. The accommodation has been designed to be spacious. Most people go out for meals when staying with us hence we only provide 3 saucepans but if ever you need more, just get in touch. Hope to see you again at some point in the future

A gem close to Cirencester and the Water Park

The cottages are new and have been thoroughly and thoughtfully kitted out with a lovely kitchen, full laundry and comfortable living room and bedrooms. An outside terrace is a private spot to enjoy a barbecue or to sit and relax outdoors. I thoroughly recommend Aintree Cottage and the other similar cottages in the development.

We are Barry and Jo and we have an amazing collection of Cotswold holiday lodges on Cotswold Water Park near the old Roman town of Cirencester with most of them dog friendly.
We’ve been coming to this beautiful area for many years and about 5 years ago we decided to make the move permanent. We set up our company in 2018, starting with our own holiday home on Windrush lake but as you can see from our portfolio now, we have grown quite considerably! We love to travel and just before the “you know what pandemic” we spent 12 months travelling around the world ending up in New Zealand for Christmas and New Year and then working our way up to Hawaii and North, Central and South America. We think we know what it takes to get a place right for our fantastic guests but we are always learning!

We couldn’t do this without our fantastic team which is growing year by year. Unlike many of the larger companies selling holiday lets we, and our team, know all of our properties intimately because we provide the full service from cleaning and hosting through to managing the hot tubs, the plants on the decking and even window cleaning! Jo, Adele and Meg are the last ones to visit your holiday lodge just before you get there to make sure the place is perfect for your stay – you may even bump into one of them on your way in!

Why they chose this property

The Cotswolds is famous for good reason: the rolling hills, the picture-perfect villages, the honey-coloured cottages that seem to deepen in colour by late afternoon.

What tends to surprise people is everything else. Cheltenham Jazz Festival pulls a line-up you'd expect from a much larger city, and the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford is one of the great spectacles of the British summer. Theatres, galleries, antique shops and the kind of coffee stops worth a detour are scattered across the region, often in places you wouldn't think to look.

Daylesford Organic started as a farmshop and has quietly become something closer to a country estate you can spend the day inside, spa included. The Bull at Charlbury does a Sunday roast worth planning the weekend around. Aynhoe Park, since Restoration Hardware took it on, is somewhere between a country house and an art installation. The Cotswold Lakes are a world of their own, lodges on the water, paddleboards waiting for you, room to explore and room to do nothing at all.

This is our neighbourhood. So whether you're after a dog-friendly weekend of long walks and pub fires, a five-star house with a hot tub overlooking a lake, or somewhere to base yourself for a festival weekend, welcome. We're here to help.

What makes this property unique

Be.Here. is a collection of homes built for the kind of short stay that actually feels like one. Each one is different in setting, character, and shape of weekend, but they share the same quiet instinct for what a good break needs.

Nothing is left to chance. We've stayed in enough short-let homes to know which details matter, and we build every Be.Here. home around the ones that do.

Because a short break should feel like a real one. Whether you're here on your own with a book, around a long table with friends, or somewhere in between, the home should disappear into the background and let the weekend happen. That's the art of a great stay.
