Fantastic Villa, Perfect Location and Outstanding Support

Top location, comfortable villa with an exceptional view. Communication with the Buenavilla Team was excellent, we could not have hoped for better, and we would particularly like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Iodia. Regarding the cleanliness of the villa, it could have been a little better, as it was during our stay the previous year. That said, if we return to Lanzarote, there is no doubt that we will rent the same villa, Caprica, again.

Fantastic private relaxation.

A beautiful modern villa with a great pool, good air conditioning and everything one might look for in the spotless kitchen. It’s across the road from a really quirky outdoor gallery and studio belonging to NOSS, an artist and sculptor, so the view across the pool with the sea in the background was really quite special. The perfectly maintained pool was so cooling in the hot Lanzarote sunshine we spent days enjoying. A local restaurant, Marco, a 400m walk away, and a quick drive to El Golfo, Yaiza and Playa Blanca made everything very convenient.

Excellent stay at Caprica!

The property was immaculate. Absolutely immaculate. Perfect for peace and quiet away from the resorts. Easy to get to with a hire car. There are no shops in the village, but there is an excellent Bar/Restaraunt in walking distance which we went to a few nights. Playa Blanca is a short taxi ride away too, if you want more choice. Perfect for our family of 4 for a week. The facilities at the villa are also everything you need. Will definitely be back!

A Perfect Stay. Exceptional Villa & Outstanding Servive

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was perfect, from the beautifully maintained property to the warm welcome we received upon arrival. Team Buenavilla was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our stay was seamless and comfortable with excellent follow-up throughout. The villa itself was stunning, well-equipped, and offerend a truly relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the spacious design, the attention to detail, and the overall ambiance that made us feel right at home. The early check-in and late check-out were also very much appreciated, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only very minor point was the lack of privacy in the master bathroom, but this did not take away from our overall amazing experience. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and would love to return in the future!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Las Brenas!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Las Breñas. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und bestens ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die ruhige Lage bietet viel Erholung und gleichzeitig einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die umliegende Vulkanlandschaft. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die großzügige Terrasse, die absolute Ruhe und die authentische Atmosphäre dieses schönen Ortes im Süden Lanzarotes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände und Ausflugsziele sind dennoch gut erreichbar. Die Ferienhausvermietung war sehr herzlich, zuverlässig und immer hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Overall very worth to do. Some small limits. Compfortable and clean. Very good and large welcome pack !!! Thank you! Next to the village main street. Quiet ( except of Main street) and relaxed in a small village named Las Breñas. We enjoyed our stay very well.

The villa is just beautiful ! Amazing view ! Villa au top ! Piscine chauffée au top ! Quartier calme Équipe à l’écoute Nous repasserons très certainement par cette agence immobilière si jamais nous revenons aux Canaries ! Mais la prochaine destination pour nous ce sont les Baleares alors si jamais vous avez une agence là-bas ;) Encore merci
