JH Advice: Cofisa Great Blue is located in the same complex as Cofisa Coral and Cofisa Vista Mar, and just 150 metres from Montañar Mar, Playa Montañar, Terraza Salónica and Ático Salónica. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Lovely appartement by the see

Interior design and the location. Flawless communication with the staff at Javea Holidays. Would have liked to have a "propper" oven, since we stayed a long time.

Mooi, modern en schoon appartement op zo'n 10 min lopen van het strand en de boulevard met restaurants. Parkeren bij het appartement achter een gesloten hek. Er is geen oven, dat had ik over hoofd gezien in de omschrijving maar die hebben we wel gemist.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Die Nähe zum Meer / Promenade und der Service von Javea Holidays. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und von lebensälteren Menschen nicht nutzbar.

El apartamento precioso y bien equipado. La ubicación para nosotros excelente. Estaba todo muy bien preparado El menaje es un poco escaso (vasos/platos)
