The finish of the apartment itself, the interior furnishings and decoration are of the highest quality, making it the perfect holiday home for the discerning visitor.
From the living room and terrace, there are glimpses of the sea with a rocky facade just 50 metres from the apartments. The steps in the rock provide easy access for snorkelling and diving. A few minutes' walk from the apartment is the picturesque rocky cove, La Caleta, with an excellent beach bar and restaurant (open from April to October).
The distance to the sandy Arenal beach is 600 metres and the port and historic centre are about 3 km away. There are two supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf courses, the closest just 10 minutes away.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

Good size well equipped apartment made for a comfortable stay in Javea. Very quiet location and had the pool to outselves
No sun loungers by pool and none provided so had to go and purchase some Would expect accommodation that says there is a pool would provide some loungers

Accommodation & office
Clean,very nicely furnished and within easy walking distance of restaurants. Office very professional & efficient,will use in future.
Underground parking space very tight but can’t change that

Mis estupendas vacaciones verano 2022 en javea
Lá estupenda ubicación respecto del mar, lo que más me ha gustado es la tranquilidad del espacio.
Sería estupendo que tuviera lavaplatos y quizas un toldo en la terraza para poder disfrutarla mas horas.
Por lo demás todo está bastante bien.

Séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passé 1 excellent séjour. La résidence est bien située. Nous avons eu 1 appartement propre. A notre grande surprise des draps et serviettes changés toutes les semaines. Un service vraiment exceptionnel. Le personnel de l'entretien très sympathique. Quand à l'agence des personnes très professionnelles. Merci encore pour tout. Nous gardons précieusement votre adresse.

Blue Marlin - Feb/Mar 22
We were impressed with the apartment overall. It was clean, airy, quiet and the location was ideal for us - about an 8 min walk to The Arenal where there is an array of bars & restaurants.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Matt and his team. Always friendly and accommodating.
The lighting within the apartment, especially the lounge diner could be improved, with more lamps to give it a warmer feel.
