Das Ferienhaus liegt mit einigen anderen Häusern auf einem Hügel im Weiler Fonni, der zur Gemeinde Sellano im Gebiet Foligno/Spoleto gehört. Nicht zu verwechseln mit dem viel höher gelegenen Sellano bei Perugia. Es ist ziemlich abgelegen und über kurvenreiche Straßen durch die Hügel / Berge erreichbar. Fonni hat nur wenige Häuser und die Haupttätigkeit ist Landwirtschaft und Viehzucht.Das Haus besteht aus 3 Wohnungen für resp. 2, 4 (beide BG) und 5 Personen (1. Stock). Jedes Haus hat einen Streifen mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und es gibt einen gemeinsamen Garten mit Obstbäumen mit Tischen und Stühlen mit schönem Blick auf das Tal. Es stehen vier kleine Grills zur Verfügung. Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil der Lage auf dem Hügel ist die angenehme Temperatur. Wenn es in den Städten sehr heiß ist, ist es hier noch erträglich. Es kühlt auch abends genug ab, um bequem schlafen zu können.Wir hatten das 5-Personen-Appartement. Einfach aber ansonsten gut gepflegt. Zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer. Die Einzelbetten waren in Ordnung, die Matratze des Doppelbetts war weniger. Das Badezimmer ist auch in Ordnung, obwohl das heiße Wasser (auch in der Küche) manchmal stockt. Die Fenster des Hauses sind innen mit Rollläden und Rollos ausgestattet. Sie sind auch notwendig, da es ziemlich viele Fliegen gibt. Das Mitbringen eines elektrischen Fliegenschlägers ist daher kein Luxus! Das Haus verfügt außerdem über einen Fernseher, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen separaten Backofen. Und entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es auch (kostenloses) WLAN! Tipp: Campinglampe zum Kochen mitnehmen, denn unter den Schränken gibt es keine Beleuchtung Das Schwimmbad liegt 50m vom Haus entfernt mitten im Ort und ist über eine steile (asphaltierte) Straße nach unten zu erreichen. Das Gelände ist mit einem separaten Schlüssel verschlossen und wird nicht nur von den Gästen, sondern auch vom Eigentümer und seinen Familienmitgliedern, die hin und wieder vorbeikommen, genutzt. Der Pool ist geräumig und sauber. Die Gegend eignet sich für Spaziergänge,

Die Ankunft war freundlich und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, wie in allen Bewertungen berichtet. Etwas abgelegen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber bei näherer Betrachtung ist sehr schmutzig. Wenn Sie ein Wechsel kalt und dann heiße Dusche haben hält Duschen ist kein Problem. Wir würden nicht kleine Kinder nehmen nach unten, so heiß. Die Küche war klein und unübersichtlich und so das Fett geklebt, die Pfannen einschließlich, wir kochen (also kein Wasser für Kaffee und Tee) weggelassen werden. Der Pool, wenn auch nicht ordentlich in der Wohnung. Die Lage war wunderschön, aber die Straßen sind gepflegt Armen zu ermöglichen.

Umbrien ist eine schöne Gegend und die Lage der Wohnung unterstreicht dies. Atemberaubend schön! Die Rezeption Anna war warm, so der Urlaub beginnt in Ordnung. Der Besitzer trafen wir uns, wenn er Pool wieder sauber war. Ein einladender freundlicher Mann. Die Wohnung verde ist gemütlich. Wir saßen Morgen um 7.00 Uhr schon eine Tasse Kaffee in der Ansicht zu genießen. Ein einzigartiger Ort, hoch auf einem Berg Blick auf die Berge. Sehr empfehlenswert für Menschen zu empfehlen, die Natur und die Ruhe lieben. Für Unterhaltung und Restaurants moetf Sie in die umliegenden Städte. Wir haben daher regelmäßig selbst gekookt.Het Pool ist in der Nähe und sehr lecker. Die kleine Wanderung in Richtung ist es gut für die Wadenmuskulatur. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
