The location is amazing. It’s quiet despite being close to incredible shopping, great restaurants and the steps. Yes, there is definitely a lot of climbing to get to the top floor of the building but once you’re in the apartment, it’s very nice. As another reviewer mentioned, the decor could use a refreshing or at least a deep clean. Most of the interior is Ikea and several of the light bulbs are burned out, but it’s very comfortable and was otherwise perfect for our 4 day visit!

Great location near the Spanish Steps!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean. Some of the inside was different than the pictures online, but nothing overly major. Probably staged for the original pictures then artwork changed out, etc. one sink in the hallway bathroom was nothing like the pictures. Make no mistake this accommodation is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Garbage for the building is collected in the first floor, and at times it has stench. There also seems to be a battle between the full time people and those renting the accommodation temporarily. Lots of signs up about garbage, recycling, etc that seem slanted against the temporary crowd. Lastly, communication was very average. The initial person to greet us went from the main person to their assistant and then a third person. When we checked out, there was no real instructions. We thanked them and are still awaiting a response.
