Living area: Smart TV, French Doors Leading To Garden
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot Tub for 4. Coarse fishing on-site (£20, per day). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes in the grounds.. Lakeside Retreats enjoys a peaceful location tucked away in the Lincolnshire countryside, with all the luxury lodges overlooking the fishing lakes. One of the cosy lodges await you after a day spent exploring the area, with many good country pubs serving food to be found on your travels. Good walks through the park as well as the surrounding area, with many cycle routes from the doorstep. Nearby Grantham, 7 miles away, has a mainline railway station straight into London for a day out in the capital, as well as many good restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities. On-site the fishing is excellent, with huge catfish (30 lbs+) to be found in the lakes. You will have access to fishing across three lakes, and the fishing is only for guests staying on site. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 20 guests.
