The Space:
Welcome to Grand Blue Villa, the crown jewel of Aegea Resort. Nestled at the center-front of the estate, this luxurious villa comprises two striking buildings constructed from traditional stone and plaster, offering more than 300 m² of interior space. Each residence is surrounded by expansive stone-paved verandas and balconies spanning over 200 m², set within private gardens exceeding 2,000 m² and overlooking the breathtaking bay of Zorgos.

Designed for families or groups of up to 10 guests, the villa features 4 to 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 to 3 elegant marble bathrooms (with both bathtub and shower), and a grand living room complete with a cozy fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals or enjoying morning coffee. Sunlight pours in through soundproof windows, while views of the sea, mountains, and gardens create an atmosphere of total serenity.

Spend your days lounging on sunbeds in the garden or beside the fresh-water swimming pool. Complimentary pool/beach towels and sunbeds are available, and breakfast is included. Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to both buildings of the villa, private gardens, verandas, and all resort amenities, including the swimming pool, restaurant, parking, and concierge services.

Located on the serene northern coast of Andros island, the villa overlooks Zorgos Bay—one of the island’s most beautiful and unspoiled beaches. The surrounding area offers peaceful nature walks, local tavernas, and panoramic sea and mountain landscapes.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car for exploring Andros. Private parking is available on-site. Transfers from Gavrion Port to the villa (or vice versa) can be arranged for up to 3 persons at an additional cost of €35.
