Overall absolutely fine and would visit again few details lacking - pile of weeds in the garden, few cobwebs, dusty top shelf, some dark long hairs., former cat flap cover in black plastic. Welcome gift would be a nice touch. Excellent location having toilet rolls and washing up liquid useful.
