This was the perfect place to stay. VERY clean and comfortable. Bed was nice, beautiful bedding and the bathroom was exceptionally nice. Great towels, lots of amenities. Nice big closet, a refrigerator, great table and chairs with a microwave. Had a nice little desk with a chair and AMAZING outdoor space. Very safe neighborhood and Dee was always making sure she was available if I needed anything. I will be back! Loved it here, don’t hesitate to rent this place.

We never saw the host even when a situation occurred requiring us to leave a day early. My husband had purchased the trip insurance but all we got from the host was a text saying "sorry". He wasn't willing to work with us on any kind of refund partial or otherwise. Upon arrival we noticed the bathroom floor had a lot of hair on it. The rug by the bed was dirty. The floors were dirty with hair and dust around the furniture legs. The drapes and blinds were very dirty. Both are above and by the bed. The very large clothes hamper which doubles as a night stand had dirty sheets in it. Upon discovering it was a hamper I wet some tissues to clean the top. It took several because it was so dirty. The light fixture above the bathroom sink is rusted due to the large pieces of crome that have peeled off. The sink water pressure was low and there was a constant puddle around the sink all the way to the front edge. We will not stay there again.

Everything they said was a lie. They canceled their last night and were mad that I would not give them a refund. You can not cancel last minute and expect to get your money back. My place is immaculate Just look at every review I have ever had. I will contest this and I would take them off of your rental list as they are not honest or nice people .

Nice clean place to stay that's only a few minutes from the beach (by car). Easy highway access too so it's a breeze getting to and from the stay. Nothing fancy but it did the trick. I was happy with my stay and enjoyed my time in Encinitas!
