Combine relaxation and sunshine by staying in this magnificent 70m2 fully air-conditioned holiday apartment. It can accommodate 4 people.
It is located within a secure residence, with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis court and large wooded park. This seasonal rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels.
It is located on the garden level and benefits from a large terrace of 60 m2, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.
Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace. Living room/dining room fully equipped with TV.
2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 4 90cm beds (2 bunk beds), 1 shower room with separate WC.
NB: Swimming pool and tennis access at an additional cost.
Rate of £50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and Club House.
Please send identity photos in advance to prepare pool cards before arrival on site.
Internet WIFI. No pets allowed and non-smoking. Deposit: 800 Euros (pre-authorisation on card / not debited).
