A cozy home, perfect for hosting up to four guests, situated on the 1st floor of a historic building on the central Via dei Cappellari, in an excellent position for exploring the city's main points of interest.
The accommodation consists of:
- A living room with a four-seater dining table, a comfortable sofa bed for two, a smart TV, an armchair, and a characteristic Roman travertine marble fireplace.
- A modern kitchenette with an induction hob, fully equipped.
- A spacious double bedroom, featuring a high-quality bed for a restful sleep.
- A Private En-Suite Bathroom with a shower, a designer space, renovated with the utmost care.
The apartment is enhanced by elegant original 17th-century terracotta flooring, which adds a touch of authenticity and historic charm to every room.
The building does not have a lift, so we kindly ask our guests to be careful as the 12 steps leading to the entrance of the accommodation on the first floor are steep.
