A bright, well-kept bungalow a short walk from the centre of Haywards Heath, with shops, pubs and restaurants close by. Trains run from the town to London and Brighton, making it easy for city breaks, business trips and longer stays.

Inside, there are three bedrooms: two doubles and a single. There are two modern bathrooms, one of them ensuite. The living area has a TV and dining table, and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine and dishwasher for longer stays.

Outside is a private back garden to relax in, and parking is available. Board games and other games are provided (PS4), and there's free fast 150 WiFi throughout.

Ideal for couples, families, small groups and professionals. Monthly stays are welcome, so just get in touch.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the town centre. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The property was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The lovely garden was a great bonus and the host was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Mark.

Excellent location. Spacious property. Kitchen area is excellent and everything you would need is provided. It would be good to have more comfortable chairs in the living area. The single bedroom needs more hanging facilities and a mirror in the room

Why they chose this property

Haywards Heath is a handy base in the middle of Sussex. Our property is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The town centre, cafés, pubs and restaurants are a short walk away, and the train station gives fast links to London and Brighton. Wakehurst Place 14 minutes, and Gatwick Airport about 30 minutes.

What makes this property unique

It's a spacious, well looked after bungalow with a fully equipped kitchen and a private garden, within walking distance of the town centre 5min walk or 5min by taxi to the train station. Games are provided as well as PS4 and Amazon Prime tv and it works equally well for a weekend away or a month-long stay.
The living room has two single chairs and a sofa. Each of the bedrooms having hanging rails. There is even a dressing table with mirror.
