Shares beach with Las Brisas Hotel, short cab ride away from restaurants and nightlife, 15 minute ride to bike path in ecological reserve, and 45 min. cab ride from downtown Zihua, mercado and big chain super markets. Spacious rooms with natural light and independently controlled AC, granite tops in bathrooms, shower with ocean view, walk in closet and double sinks in the master bedroom. Sofa bed and TV in family room. Washer and dryer. Love cooking? Enjoy the fully furnished kitchen, with granite tops and stainless steel appliances. Sit back in the broad living room sofas and enjoy a night time movie with Wi-Fi, Netflix and cable provided. The exclusive development was built by Enrique Muller, a distinguished Mexican Arquitect. Better than expected

We had high hopes for the property we had rented for 6 weeks. When we arrived the quality of the condo and the spectacular view were even better than what we had hoped for. The condo was clean and comfortable with all the items we needed during the stay. The BBQ was a great asset. We were happier to grill a lovely dinner and watch the sunset from our balcony than go to a restaurant. The building's pool and gym were perfect, never busy and there were always available lounge chairs by the pool. We walked to the main street and took the bus to Ixtapa or Zihuatanejo, very easy and not expensive. We have rented every year for 6 years staying at different condos and this was the best yet! Highly Recommended

Why they chose this property

Why not! This property is a treasured family vacation home to us. We love the views, the signature architecture, the privacy and the beautiful path to the beach. We've enjoyed many vacations here with kids, with friends, with family. It's a place where we get to buy amazing produce and cook at home, where we get to go walking and bike riding, and snorkling, and nature watching and just plain relaxing. Unlike other rentals this beach is only used by 1 hotel and the Condo. The Pool Club recently re did their menu options and now serve breakfast as well. All the staff is welcoming and eager to help out to make the most out of your time there.

What makes this property unique

You may find other apartments for rent in Palmetto (even Zihua), but any of the staff members will tell you, ours is by far the most beautiful, well thought out, spacious, cared after unit ; ) Vacation in style!!
