This single-storey house guarantees a relaxing stay for a family of 14, in the countryside of the province of Granada. Once you get here, you will find all the comforts and amenities needed to spend your holidays as you deserve. The spacious rooms and rustic decoration will make your stay at this villa as pleasant as you could imagine.

The dining-living space is provided with a massive fireplace and a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. This room is decorated in a rustic style that conveys the perfect atmosphere to fit into the quiet setting.

There are five bedrooms inside the house, where up to 14 people can relax and unwind. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed and one en-suite with a shower. Two bedrooms are also equipped with one double bed each. One bedroom features one double bed and one bunk bed, and in the last bedroom, you will find two twin beds and one bunk bed. Two bathrooms with a shower are also available inside the house.

The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con, and all the bedrooms feature portable fans. Moreover, four of them are equipped with electric radiators.

The outdoor area features a spacious patio with a covered dining table, where the whole family can enjoy delicious "al fresco" meals. There also is a children playground area, and a well-maintained garden, where a hammock lets you relax in the shadow of the trees. Last, but not least, the fenced private pool, ideal for refreshing and sunbathing, thanks to the poolside sun loungers. A portable grill is also available in the outdoor space.

The access to the house is possible via an 800-mt unpaved lane.
