A very pleasant apartment that is conveniently situated in the village of Alvor in a complex called Vila da Praia.

This ground floor apartment is accessed by lift or stairs. It is comfortably furnished, comprises of a good size lounge that is open to the kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is generally well equipped for self-catering. The lounge has view to the swimming pool via patio doors which lead out to the terrace.

This is a really great property, a must for one couple, the location is perfect, just far enough away from the centre of the village and sandy beaches.

The charming village of Alvor, with your myriad of streets full of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and your neighbourhood 'Riverside' recently renovated, is a 1-minute walk. Da Praia Rocha is also about the same distance, where you can find your beautiful beach, the long promenade, Casino, restaurants, bars and the marina of Portimao, with your regular port of call for cruise ships.

We was quite disappointed as an adult only property and the cost we expected something a little above average we was greeted which all went well but after we was left alone we noticed there was light bulbs out in the kitchen and bathroom dirty toilet brush which we replaced from a local shop the sink plug would not let the water out without lifting the plunger with a knife and the patio furniture was rubbish one chair completely broke one held together by cable ties and two chairs very wobbly table water stained all very tatty we had the maintenance man come in and repaired the sink plunger and replaced the bulbs although with mixed whites was hoping they were going to replace the patio furniture no it was still like it when we left.
