Little Gem in Paris

This apartment is small, but surprisingly well equipped. The jacuzzi is top-notch. It is situated between two metro stations and a lot of options for foods. Lively neighborhood but not to crowded. We really enjoyed our 5 days of stay.

Convenient location

Overall this was a good stay. It was convenient for us to the event we were going to as well as to the other things we wanted to see. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The double bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was usable when using the cushion as a mattress topper. The flat could have been cleaner (floors, mostly) but the hosts were very communicative and wanted to make sure we were comfortable.

Excellent location. There are two Metro stops within 10 minutes walk. And there are grocery shops, restaurants and bars open late in the neighborhood so we didn't need to worry about food when getting back past midnight. The jacuzzi was wonderful! The whole apartment is clean. The host was very responsive to our question and request. I would definitely book it again next time.

Newly renovated small unit, with a perfect location for visiting Paris. Host is very accommodating.

We were 4 to stay in this beautiful unit. We stayed 9 days, and every day proved how perfectly located this little RBNB is; short walk to Moulin Rouge, and a few minuts of bus or metro to Arc de Triomphe, Tour Eiffel, la Tuilerie, musée d Orsay, shopping Lafayette, etc. You have a cafe and a mini market outside your door. Bedroom is very small, but comfortable. Couch and sofa chair both open for an extra double and single bed. The living area was a perfect confortable space for all of us to chat and enjoy a glass of wine and finger foods as we were sharing our favorites beautiful experiences of the day. The ac unit works fine and so does the dish washer, the washing machine, and the little fridge. Bathroom is huge and perfect area to store your empty luggage for you sray, or dry your clothes. Host is very responsive, and will address your needs instantly. I was impressed. This unit is small in size ( typical to most affordable units in Paris) but offer modern luxury, and with a bit of logistics offers big comfort for a very reasonable price. This will be our destination when we come back to Paris.

駅から近く、おしゃれで清潔な部屋だった。バスルームも広くて快適だった。キッチンには洗剤なども全て揃っていた。コーヒーメーカーもあり美味しいコーヒーが楽しめた。キーボックスが難しかったので、細かく説明があるともっとわかりやすかった。日本の感覚で使いすぎたからか、お湯が途中で出なくなった。

Beau séjour dans un appartement petit mais bien aménagé et bien équipé (climatisation fonctionnelle) près des métros, épiceries et autres services. Rue somme toute calme bien que située tout près du boul. De Clichy. Seuls points à savoir: canapé-lit double au salon n'est vraiment pas confortable, aussi, penser à placer des serviettes pour cacher la fenêtre de la salle de bain si vous ne voulez pas être vu par les voisins de la cour arrière;)
