Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: a spacious king-size with views over Penryn Harbour, a double and a triple single room, making it ideal for families or groups. The main bathroom includes a shower over bath and there’s a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

The open-plan living and dining area is a great space to gather, with a smart TV, fast WiFi and a selection of board games and puzzles for slower-paced evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, including an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and the basics you’ll need to prepare meals. A washing machine and freezer are located in the garage, which is accessible from inside the house, ideal for longer stays or shift workers.

Getting around – Situated in a well-connected residential area between Penryn and Falmouth, the house offers easy access to both towns. A bus stop just a couple of minutes' walk away provides regular service to Falmouth, Penryn, Truro, and Mylor Bridge. There’s also a nearby park & float/water taxi service into the town centre for a more scenic trip. Some road noise is possible at busier times due to the location near a main route.
