About this property
Cornish seaside house with harbour views
A light, spacious home ideal for families, friends or work stays in Falmouth. Just a 20-minute walk to the town, beaches and harbour, with easy access to docks and marine businesses. The house is clean and comfortable with a homely feel, harbour glimpses from upstairs, two bathrooms and a private garden. It’s not luxury, but it’s well-equipped and great for a relaxed coastal break or a practical longer stay.
The property —
Inside, the house is clean, light-filled and simply furnished, offering a relaxed, homely feel throughout. There’s plenty of space to unwind after a busy day, whether you've been out exploring or working nearby. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: a spacious king-size with views over Penryn Harbour, a double and a triple single room, making it ideal for families or groups. The main bathroom includes a shower over bath and there’s a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
The open-plan living and dining area is a great space to gather, with a smart TV, fast WiFi and a selection of board games and puzzles for slower-paced evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, including an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and the basics you’ll need to prepare meals. A washing machine and freezer are located in the garage, which is accessible from inside the house, ideal for longer stays or shift workers.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden is simple but practical, with outdoor seating and sliding doors opening directly from the dining area, perfect for catching a bit of fresh air with your morning coffee or an evening drink.
Whether you're visiting for work at the docks or enjoying a Cornish break with family or friends, this comfortable and straightforward home makes a reliable base, close to the coast and all that Falmouth has to offer.
Other Details to note —
We have your family's needs covered with readily available amenities including a travel cot and highchair. We also provide clothes drying racks, along with an iron and ironing board for any last-minute touch-ups.

Parking – Private driveway parking for two cars, with additional free on-street parking nearby.
Getting around – Situated in a well-connected residential area between Penryn and Falmouth, the house offers easy access to both towns. A bus stop just a couple of minutes' walk away provides regular service to Falmouth, Penryn, Truro, and Mylor Bridge. There’s also a nearby park & float/water taxi service into the town centre for a more scenic trip. Some road noise is possible at busier times due to the location near a main route.
