David and his wife stopped by after check in. They were very accommodating with an early check in and offered us some great suggestions on places to visit. We loved sitting on the pier while we did some fishing and the view was better than the pictures they posted.

This was the most beautiful peaceful space for a getaway! Everything is close, food, shopping etc. The owners are amazing and so helpful. Check out Elixir, a new speakeasy in Angola we were recommended. Everything was excellent and we will be back!

The property was very nice and clean. The hosts were very helpful with the check in with explaining certain things. Any questions we had they made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again at the property.

The Little Otter Retreat was such an intimate little space for my boyfriend and I to spend a weekend away from home. The space was very clean, perfect size for two and had an amazing view of the lake. I specifically loved that we were able to take advantage of having access to a dock to sit on and fish from. I'm sure its beautiful all year round but we highly recommend staying around autumn. Its absolutely stunning!

Dave & Tammy were wonderful hosts. They were incredibly nice, professional, very accommodating, and great at communicating with us whenever we had questions. We absolutely loved them and wish they lived closer! The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean! We would absolutely recommend staying at the Little Otter Retreat!!

Everything was wonderful. I am a repeat customer to Little Otter Retreat and will be again. Hospitality and all services were as excellent as always. If your in the area it is a must stay. Bring boat/jet ski's and fishing poles for extra fun in the sun.

Spectacular lake house near Pokagon State Park! Everything in the home is top quality and fully stocked with all the essentials. David was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The Generac generator was a lifesaver when the power unexpectedly went out! Great location near wonderful restaurants and the park. It was the perfect venue for our 27th anniversary. Highly recommend!

Cozy Cottages perfectly met all our needs. It was very clean, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Danville and beautiful Ellis Park. We had an easy drive to Turkey Run State Park and Indianapolis. I would definitely stay at this place again!

My wife and I stayed three nights over our anniversary. The Little Otter Retreat was beautiful. The view of the lake was fantastic. My wife swam in the lake multiple times. The lake was quiet even on the weekend. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We plan to go back.

Dave and Tammy are the perfect hosts. Communication is easy. The setting is serene and the home is beautiful, immaculate, and well stocked. There is even a tree loaded with apples ready to pick right from the deck. We look forward to visiting again sometime!
