While the property itself was fine and met our needs for our trip, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with our host, Belvilla by Oyo. We had issues getting our check in information and we didn't have linens or a pillow for one of our guests. We reached out to our host 10 TIMES through various means (text, whatsapp, and direct messaging) and we received ZERO communication back. We received automated emails with contact information for a concierge, and when we reached out to the concierge, he said that he couldn't help us with our problem and then read our response message and never replied again. I have NEVER had this poor of an experiene with a rental host. I DO NOT recommend booking any properties with Belvilla by Oyo.

Ich war von meinem Aufenthalt bei Belvilla by Oyo äußerst enttäuscht. Wir hatten Probleme mit den Check-in-Informationen und für einen unserer Gäste fehlten Bettwäsche und ein Kissen. Wir kontaktierten Belvilla by Oyo zehnmal über verschiedene Kanäle (SMS, WhatsApp und Direktnachricht), erhielten aber keinerlei Antwort. Wir bekamen lediglich automatisierte E-Mails mit den Kontaktdaten eines Concierges. Als wir diesen kontaktierten, teilte er uns mit, dass er uns nicht helfen könne, las unsere Antwort und meldete sich danach nie wieder. Ich habe noch nie so schlechte Erfahrungen mit einem Vermieter gemacht. Ich kann Belvilla by Oyo absolut nicht empfehlen.
