We’re sorry to read this review and feel it gives a misleading impression of both the property and the support provided during this 21-night stay. The bedding was freshly laundered and clean on arrival. When a concern was raised, the photograph provided appeared to show a small loose thread or fibre rather than soiled bedding. Nevertheless, we arranged for our housekeeper to return the following morning and replaced the bedding to ensure the guest was comfortable. The property is well equipped for self-catering stays and guests are provided with a range of complimentary starter supplies, including toiletries, toilet rolls, dishwasher and laundry tablets, tea, coffee and other essentials. As clearly explained in our listing, these are intended to get guests started rather than provide consumables for the entirety of a three-week stay. For clarity, two toilet rolls were provided in each bathroom on arrival. A vacuum cleaner is normally stored in our housekeeping cupboard and, for a 21-night stay, we accept that we should have made this available from the outset. However, this wasn't raised with us until well into the stay. As soon as it was, we arranged for one to be provided. Throughout the three-week stay we responded promptly whenever an issue was brought to our attention and made every reasonable effort to resolve concerns raised. We’re therefore disappointed that this review doesn't reflect either the provisions available at the property or the level of support provided throughout the stay.
