Quiet, comfortable, with all the amenities we could wish for - washer/dryer, A/C, dishwasher, comfortable bed…. We highly recommend this apartment as the perfect place for a couple visiting Paris.

The location and apartment itself are very good, we were pleased with that. The checkin day was a nightmare. We were given an address that was an apartment building with a name. When we looked at the tenants there was no name to match. We were scrambling thru our phones trying to figure out what to do and then my wife said let's go next door to the convenience store, so we asked someone who worked there and showed him our instructions. He said that name is 'me'. So we were able to then get the key and go to the apartment. In the apartment the tv and ac were not working, so for several hours i was back and forth with someone on both issues. We skipped our dinner reservation. Finally they sent someone out, turns out the breaker was off for the AC and the cables were mixed up and not hooked up at all. On the whatsapp the person who helped and the separate person who came were nice, no problem there.A second issue i had was asking them if our daughter can stop by and stay for a couple of nights. They emailed back no almost immediately. I complained and they said i should bring it up with the owner. Not sure how to do that.So those 2 big issues bring it down to 3 stars for me. Also, the shower has a large rain shower head but less than half the holes were clear so we just used the hand wand.Spent a week in Seville and their management was much better. They put me in a chat with 3 of their employees weeks in advance and answered a million questions within a few hrs.
