Zahlreiche Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Annehmlichkeiten befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist es etwas laut, aber ansonsten war sie sehr komfortabel.
