This apartment was amazing, It had just been renovated and still had that new smell, The furniture and the decor were beautifully selected, The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Gare de Lyon, on a charming street with all the conveniences like lovely cafes, restaurants, and more just a stone's throw away, For a delicious breakfast, we suggest Clint, only a 5-minute walk, All in all, a wonderful place!

The apartment is situated in a lovely part of Paris with easy walking access to the excellent Paris Metro system, making it simple to reach all the sights we wanted to visit. There are several restaurants and good grocery options nearby, which was very convenient.Be aware that the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is on the top (4th) floor, accessible only by a narrow spiral staircase. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it could be challenging for anyone with mobility or fitness limitations.The apartment’s layout is practical and well-equipped, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The induction cooktop wasn’t working when we arrived, and despite multiple requests to both the onsite manager and the management company, it was never fixed. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable, and although we asked for two additional ones, they were never provided.The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, though completely contactless. Unfortunately, communication with the host or management company during our stay was nearly nonexistent. In the event of an emergency, guests might find it difficult to reach anyone for assistance.Overall, we were happy with the apartment itself and its great location, but disappointed by the lack of responsiveness to our concerns.

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf hier! Het appartement was ruim genoeg voor onze groep van vier en super schoon. De locatie is cruciaal en dit appartement was perfect met alle vervoersmogelijkheden. Bovendien is de charme van de Crémieuxstraat gewoonweg verrukkelijk.
