Heart of Paris, amazing view, large terrace. Luxembourg garden downstairs.
This accommodation is perched on the 9th and top floor. There is an elevator. The view is unique! Its 20m² terrace allows you to have lunch or dinner or sunbathe. Just below the most beautiful garden in Paris: Le Luxembourg. It is therefore a stone's throw from St Germain des Prés, one of the most sought-after left bank districts of Paris (bars, restaurants, Le Bon Marché, Place St Sulpice, etc.). The bed (queen size) is new with a new high quality mattress. This cozy nest is ideal for a couple

This 9th floor apartment is perfect for a couple. Marc is an outstanding host, there to greet you on arrival, quick with communications. Four Metro stations ranging from 7 to 15 min walk take you everywhere in Paris in less than 30 minutes, yet your neighborhood is local, filled with people sitting at outdoor cafes or relaxing in the adjacent Luxembourg Gardens. We hope to return!
Great apartment steps away from jardins Luxembourg
We hads a great stay at this property -- it is on the top floor of an apartment block (with an elevator) that is clean and in a great neighbourhood (6ieme arrondissement). Space, cleanliness and ease of check in were all excellent. We would defintely try to stay again when we return to Paris
Marc’s apartment was perfect for us. The large rooftop terrace took it beyond expectations. Marc was a generous and most helpful host, and we feel like we have a friend in Paris!
Apartment was really nice and terrace was amazing. We ate outside daily and loved the views. One thing not apparent in the photos is there are shades for the big windows to make the apartment dark for sleeping :) There are great running paths just outside the apartment through Luxembourg gardens. We had an amazing stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.
Our stay in Paris was a dream! The apartment itself is very clean and well-appointed, very comfortable bed and furnishings, and bright and sunny. But the balcony is a showstopper, with spectacular views of the Pantheon, Sacre Coeur, Saint Sulpice and the Eiffel Tower. We loved the fabulous location so close to Luxembourg Gardens. There is a bus stop just down the street and many great cafes and shops just a short walk away. It’s a wonderful neighborhood! Marc was a terrific host, who met us at the apartment to show us around and give us tips on where to eat, visit, grocery store, etc. He checked in often to be sure we had everything we needed. If we are fortunate enough to return to Paris, we will definitely stay here again!
Best apartment, best view, best property owner! 10/10 Marc!!!
My wife and I married last year but due to my work schedule and always traveling, we had to postpone again and again. We finally found a couple weeks where we could go on our long awaited honeymoon. Vrbo has the best man for the job & the best apartment in Paris for just that! Marc was super friendly, extremely helpful, and one of the kindest gentlemen I’ve met in Paris. Straight forward guy but welcoming at that. 10/10 recommend anyone to speak with Marc and check out this property! Thank you so much Marc!
Marc is the consummate host.It was a hot day when we arrived, so he purchased a fabulous fan. The apartment is magnificent with very rare terrace views of the Eiffel Tower, Saint-Sulpice, Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame and le Jardin du Luxembourg! The best apartment we have rented in Paris by far! Ken and Judi
Walk down the next street and pick up some wine, bread, pasteries, cheese, and chocolates and just hang out on the large balcony and take in the incredible view. Very quiet on the weekend and during the week the joyful sound of children at play on a playground fills the air. Very close to several metro stops. Walking distance to several great small restaurants and cafes. Apartment has everything you need, and the host is super friendly and attentive. I have decided I will only stay here when I am in Paris.

The property is wonderful for 2 people; everything we needed was there for a stay of 5 nights. The space is very efficiently organized, and the apartment is fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Marc, the owner! He was very thorough in the introduction to the apartment and the neighborhood, and he was most cordial and fun to talk with! He responded quickly when we had a question while we were there. The view from the balcony is amazing, and although we've been to Paris many times before, we feel like we learned a lot about where the sites/monuments are. The neighborhood is delightful - so close to Luxembourg gardens and just a few minutes from many restaurant and shop options, and just a bit more beyond for even more (and Bon Marche department store), with a fantastic array of food products (and a market on Saturday on the way). Yet it was very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this property!
We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a research trip in the Latin Quarter. Although the weather in May was a bit unstable, which did not allow using the fabulous and roomy terrace as much as we would have liked, the wall of windows made it seem as though we were outside. The view onto the Jardin Luxembourg and the Pantheon was incredible. Watching the "weather" was beautiful. It was a quiet environment although the children across the street in the lycee enjoyed their playground time. Grocery shopping is conveniently located nearby in 2-3 stores. The washer/dryer is a combo unit, and there's also a drying rack. Cooking was easy with an efficient stovetop, small oven, and microwave. We used Metro stops Vavin mainly and also Notre Dame Champs. At arrival, we took the RER B from Gare du Nord, and either Luxembourg or Port Royal is an easy less-than-10 minute walk. We enjoyed walking in Jardin Luxembourg. Recycling glass on August Comte was helpful. Our one suggestion is to have two keys as the two of us were not always together. Marc was a stellar communicator. He checked in with us regularly to ensure all was well, a charming host. Restaurants nearby are excellent and not touristy. We liked the small restaurants on Saint Beuve--three closely together. Several street marches (markets) are nearby. In brief, we really loved our time here.
The view from the terrace is as spectacular as advertised, easily extending from St. Sulpice all the way to the church of Val-de-Grâce. The neighborhood is very pleasant, animated but not touristy. (There is a school across the street, and a law faculty next door, so lots of young people around during the school year.) The Luxembourg Gardens of course are close by, along with useful shops and pleasant cafes and restaurants in and around the rue Vavin.
Marc was an attentive and accessible host, and contacted us several times to make sure that things were going well. One thing to note about the apartment is that the bed is quite firm.
We'd gladly stay here again on future visits to Paris.
This was the best stay ever! The property owner checked in with us several time, using the app, simply to make sure everything was ok. Very communicative and so very helpful. Met us at the apartment to give us the tour and show us how everything worked the first day. We really had no issues after that. The people working at the complex were friendly and helpful as well.
The view is absolutely spectacular!!! I loved waking up to the city skyline each morning. And if you are tall (or use a selfie stick) there’s even a small site line to the Eiffel Tower over the back left corner of the terrace/neighboring building, which made for some beautiful videos of it twinkling at night.
The apartment itself was exactly as pictured. Plenty big enough for my wife and I. It was nice to be able to cook a meal in the kitchen or wash some laundry if needed.
The location was great. The gardens right across the street are beautiful. And there are shops and cafes only a few blocks away.
Wish we could have stayed longer! A trip we’ll remember forever!
