DISTRIBUTION: Villa VENTURA is a cosy and functional property, located in the quiet urbanisation of Empedrola, surrounded by nature, with pleasant mountain views and partial views of the Mediterranean Sea and the emblematic Peñón de Ifach. The villa, in a simple Mediterranean style, combines stone and wood finishes that give a rustic touch to the spaces. It is distributed over two internally connected levels.

On the main floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. The living room is bright and furnished with comfortable sofas, while the dining room is located on a glazed terrace, perfect for enjoying the views outside. The kitchen, recently refurbished and fully equipped, offers everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay.

On the ground floor is a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, along with an open-plan living room with a daybed, ideal for accommodating an additional guest. In addition, one of the upstairs bedrooms also features a daybed, providing further flexibility for families.

EXTERIOR: The exterior of the villa is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. The property has a private tennis court, a unique and rare feature in rental villas. The spacious outdoor terrace includes a private swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. There is also an outdoor dining area and a pergola equipped with outdoor sofas, ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing moments with the family.
