- Late Check-In Fee
All guests must pay a fee of twenty-five euros for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, paid in cash at check-in

- Lost Key & Lockout Policy
A fifty euro fee if the key is not returned
An eighty euro fee if the key is lost during your stay
Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required

» Guests are required to fill a form with ID/Passport information before or upon check-in.
» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
» Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property Or they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
