Lovely garden, tired interior

Overall our stay was fine and I can't fault the communication and action from the management company. That said, we arrived at the property after the check in time and the cleaners were still there. They clearly rushed the clean as the house was not suitably clean, there were a lot of ants in the kitchen and bathrooms and generally the house felt dirty. I did complain to the team and they sent the cleaners back the next day and then it was much better. I also had to mention that the pool was going cloudy mid-way through our stay. Again, the management company were very quick to act so I can't complain about them, but it was disappointing that this happened. Cloudy pool water can lead to ear infections etc so it did put us off using the pool.
