It is too small—once you pull the bed out of the sofa, there is no space left to walk. I’ve hit my head countless times; if you are claustrophobic, this is not the place for you. There is also a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain that does not go away. Because the apartment is kept closed due to the cold, there is no ventilation, and since it is so small, the smell spreads throughout the entire room, being strongest in the bathroom. I bought an air freshener, but it doesn’t work. I reported the issue and they kindly offered to come freshen up the room, but that is not enough—the problem comes from within. In my case, as someone with allergies, the stay has been quite difficult.

We stayed here for 3 days and 4 nights. This cozy apartment is located in a safe, gated area between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower — an excellent location for exploring Paris. When first booked, we didn't notice the size, nor that the bed is a futon (pull out matress). We were surprised upon arrival. The description of this quaint space would help future guests. Nonetheless, the space has both pros and cons. Access and communication were handled through a service called *Check Guest*, which provided all instructions in an orderly and clear manner. We did not have direct contact with the host, but the process was smooth and straightforward. **Pros:** • Washer with drying rack (very convenient for our stay) • Consistent, uninterrupted hot water • Small kitchen with stovetop and microwave oven (especially convenient) • Good-sized fridge • Spacious bathroom with towel heater — and the blow dryer worked well for diffusing curls • Walking distance to major tourist attractions • Secure and quiet neighborhood **Cons:** • Angled ceiling due to being a top-floor apartment (can feel awkward across half the studio) • Pull-out couch mattress is not very comfortable for two people — it dips in the center. We placed the mattress on the floor for better support. Sleep comfort was the biggest challenge, which is our main priority when traveling. • Kitchen outlets are positioned far from the appliances • Space feels cramped when the bed is unfolded — frequent furniture rearranging is needed, especially with two people and luggage • TV is not properly secured and was not functional, taking up usable space Overall, I would recommend this apartment for a single traveler. Two people can make it work, but it requires staying organized and being comfortable with limited space and adjusting furniture daily. The location is truly the highlight. With a more supportive mattress, this would be a fantastic stay for two. Location: (5/5) Amenities: (4/5) Comfort: (2/5)
